An organization keeps several groups together: shared music, one place to manage people, and admins who can work across every group you run. It comes with direct support and help getting set up, and we arrange it with you rather than selling it from this page.

A member is someone who has accepted an invitation. Pending invites aren't counted, so you're never billed for someone who never joined.
Plans renew automatically — annually or monthly, whichever you pick — until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing portal on this website and keep the plan until the end of the term you have already paid for. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are — we do not charge tax today, and if that ever changes you will be told before the first invoice that carries it. New groups start with a free month: no card is needed to begin it, and nothing is charged when it ends. Full detail in the terms.
There is no feature-gated tier. A singer in a free group and a singer in a large chorus get exactly the same app — the only difference is how many people are in it.

No. One person — usually the director or the chapter president — pays for the group, and every member gets full access. Singers are never asked for a card.
Nothing is deleted and nobody is locked out of their music. A group without an active plan becomes read-only, so your scores, recordings, and history stay exactly where they are.
