Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create a group?
Tap the + button on the Groups screen to create a new group. You can then invite members by sharing an invite link or QR code.
How do I invite members to my group?
Go to your group's Members section and tap "Add Member." You can search for users or share an invite link.
How do I upload sheet music or files?
Navigate to your group's Music or Documents tab and tap the + button to upload files from your device.
How do I sync my calendar?
Go to your profile settings and tap "Subscribe to Calendar" to add your Score Stack events to your preferred calendar app.
I'm having trouble logging in.
Try resetting your password from the login screen. If the issue persists, contact us at hunter@thestacktechnologies.com.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app and select "Delete Account." This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
